All prices quoted for the products available at www.mamasknits.com include VAT. For international orders, please note that MAMA’S KNITS is not responsible for any customs or import charges and delivery time excludes custom clearance delays. Prices quoted for products might change anytime.
Design
Each design celebrates the artistry in color blocks and emblematic features all while being made uniquely by hand in each product - non-identical twins! In other words, there may be minor changes from the item photos.Colors
Please note that all colors might differ a little bit from the website photos. This happens due to the professional lighting on our studio which is brighter than the natural lights. At any case, if a customer wishes to purchase a color that is not already available for a specific item, a color that doesn't already belongs to the existing collection, we can and will place a custom order. For every additional color, customer will be asked to pay a fee of 200 EGP.
Product Preparation
Products made-to-order need some days to be completed which may vary from 10 to 15 business days, depending on product's type and the current workload. These days are only related to the duration of the products' knitting or crocheting, they are defined by the company and should not be confused with the days regarding the shipping method selected by the customer. MAMA’S KNITS can and might apply small design changes to any piece, in order to upgrade and make each garment reach perfection in fitting terms.
