Delivery Policy

Most orders placed through our website take from 10 to 15 working days to arrive to you. Items placed on Friday or any national holiday will be processed the next working day. If you are experiencing a delay in receiving your order, kindly email us at Hello@mamasknits.com and we will be happy to assist you. 

Pick-Up

We provide a pick-up option from New Cairo by appointment. Send us an email at Hello@mamasknits.com or send a direct message to our Instagram account @itsmamasknits with your pick-up request and we will arrange a time and date with you.
